Introduction: Japan is the only country to have experienced atomic bombings and still has many nuclear power plants. In 2011, a plant accident occurred during major magnitude 9.0 earthquake, there was great deal of concern about radiation exposure medicine for public. It necessary provide appropriate medicine. Method: The facility located within IAEA's UPZ, in event an emergency, it medical care large number people exposed radiation, so advanced built 2015 (the surrounding population approximately 300,000).
